Printing on Android or Windows 10

On one of my files, I can not get the Print function to work on my Android phone or using Windows 10.

If I print using your Web Client it works just fine. When I pull it up on my Samsung Galaxy 8Plus or on Windows 10, the Print function does not work.

I worked on another File and the Print function works perfectly on the Web Client, my Android Phone and Windows 10.

Is there something I did to cause this problem?
