add barcode scan facility

Hi there,

 

I would like to make an app which has barcode scan facility, so when I scan barcode it should fetch data correspondent to that barcode. Basically I want to create picking list so I can add requested quantities and export file as a excel

  Hey Jatin,

   

  we have added the barcode scanning functionality (for calculation and survey apps https://support.openasapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000951530).

  You can activate the barcode scanner option for the *text input* element in the editor of this element:

  

   

  You will then be able to scan a code and the value will be inserted in the field.
